YOUR PUBLIC HEALTH CAREER STARTS HERE
PHAP is a CDC-funded public health training and service program that provides opportunities for recent college graduates (with bachelor’s or master’s level degrees) to gain broad experience in the day-to-day operation of public health programs. This unique program provides entry-level public health professionals with opportunities for hands-on, real-life experience in the field. PHAP associates are assigned to state, tribal, local, and territorial public health agencies; community-based organizations; public health institutes and associations; academic institutions; and CDC quarantine stations and work alongside professionals in a variety of public health areas.

Visit www.cdc.gov/phap for more information about PHAP and instructions on how to apply.
