Exciting Summer Program Opportunity!

The Future Public Health Leaders Program (FPHLP) is a 10-week residential summer program at the University of Michigan School of Public Health (UM-SPH) that encourages underrepresented college students to consider careers in public health. The FPHLP begins in May 22, 2017 and runs through July 28, 2017. The program includes:

3-day orientation at the CDC

Round-trip transportation

$3,000 Stipend

On-campus Housing

Orientation to the UM-SPH

Field experience & hands on learning

Mentoring about public health & graduate school application process

FPHLP is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Director, Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) and is part of the CDC Undergraduate Public Health Scholars (CUPS) program.
