The UW Women’s Center, located in Cunningham Hall, is hiring part-time work study eligible graduate and undergraduate students to support a variety of the Center’s programs and services to educate women and girls for life and leadership in our community.
Below is a very brief summary of our open positions.
- Marketing and Communications Coordinator will promote events that support gender equity, access to higher education, women’s leadership and similar programs by designing promotional materials and implementing online/social media marketing strategy; maintain and update website and social media presence; and more.
- Alene Moris National Education for Women’s (NEW) Leadership Alumnae Coordinator will manage alumnae engagement to foster a supportive network of women leaders in our community, including coordination of leadership events.
- Special Events Coordinator will work with Women’s Center Advisory Board and Staff Gala Planning Committee to host 350+ attended annual fundraising Gala and co-facilitate various mission aligned events in collaboration with campus and community partners.
- Administrative Assistant will support Women’s Center staff on various projects and serve as a resource to UW campus and community interested in Women’s Center programming.
